Michelle Hlavacek is a dedicated real estate professional with deep roots in the Tri-State area and a lifelong passion for helping people feel at home. With a unique and diverse background—ranging from trades work to education—Michelle brings a well-rounded, people-first approach to real estate.

Originally from the Northeast, Michelle has lived and worked across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, and Florida. Her early career included roles as a plumber and electrician, where she discovered a fascination with homes. That interest evolved into a lasting commitment to real estate and client service.

Michelle holds degrees from Sullivan County Community College, East Stroudsburg University, and the New York Institute of Technology. For over 20 years, she has worked as a school-based Speech & Language Therapist in both Pennsylvania and New York, including specialized work with students on the autism spectrum. Her experience in education developed her strengths in communication, patience, and problem-solving—all of which she brings to every real estate transaction.

When she’s not working with clients, Michelle enjoys riding her motorcycle through the beautiful roads of the Tri-State region, working on her home, reading, and playing music. A performing musician for over four decades, she has made strong community connections throughout the area, including regular appearances at local venues, and events for the Upper Delaware LGBT Center/TriVersity.
