Patti Steimling

Patti Steimling, a Hawley native, has been developing her real estate persona as early as adolescence. Born the third eldest of seven to Evelyn and Carl Birtel, she strove to capture the attention of those around her with her infectious and endearing personality. Being an Army Brat and living in various places within the United States, as well as Panama, Germany and Okinawa, Patti learned to connect with those around her quickly, a skill that has been invaluable in her real estate career. Patti joined Davis R. Chant Realtors in the summer of 2000, having earned her Pennsylvania Real Estate license in 1988. Starting at the bottom, she has successfully worked her way up to become one of the top ten producers in the company for the last 18 years with a total listing and sales of over 90 million dollars. She is certified in Negotiations, E-PRO marketing and Resort and Second Home Investment Properties. Patti lives on a farm in Blooming Grove with her husband, Leon, who works for Joybeck Builders. She enjoys traveling, gardening, cooking, hiking, cross country skiing, horseback riding and sailing on Lake Wallenpaupack. Patti is a dedicated member of the National Association of Realtors, Pennsylvania Associating of Realtors, the Downtown Hawley Partnership and has been a volunteer at the Wallenpaupack North Elementary School for 18 years.
